Delivery and return
🚚 DELIVERY
Delivery is free for mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories. Your orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours, then sent by post.
France : By registered letter, for an indicative period of 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International : By international tracked letter, with an indicative delivery time of 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country of destination.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Iridescence Bijoux declines all responsibility in the event of delays, damage or losses caused by La Poste. In these situations, no refund will be granted.
🧡 GUARANTEE
We are committed to providing you with quality jewelry and ensuring your satisfaction.
In accordance with French law, our jewelry is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies to any defect that prevents the jewelry from fulfilling its function at the time of delivery.
Our jewelry is also covered by a legal warranty against hidden defects for a period of 2 years after the discovery of the defect by the customer. This warranty applies to defects not apparent at the time of purchase, which make the jewelry unfit for use or significantly reduce its usefulness. You will have to prove that the defect was hidden and already existed at the time of purchase.
In both cases, please send us an email to contact@iridescence-bijoux.fr for any complaints with your name, order number and photos of the jewelry.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use (contact with chemicals, shocks, excessive use, etc.). See our maintenance section below to extend the durability of your jewelry.
🔙 RETOUR & REMBOURSEMENT
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any jewelry that does not suit you.
Important : For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If one or more pieces of jewelry do not suit you, please follow these steps:
- Complete the return form : Return Form
- Packaging : Carefully pack the jewelry and the return form in sturdy packaging to protect them during transport.
- Shipping : Send the jewelry with tracking to the following address:
The refund will be made within 10 working days from the receipt of your return. The return costs are your responsibility and must be sent in tracked mode to ensure the traceability of your package. Please note that the delivery costs will not be refunded. Iridescence Bijoux reserves the right to refuse a return if the jewel has been worn, damaged or broken.
🤝 ÉCHANGE DE BAGUE
Si la taille de votre bague ne vous convient pas, vous pouvez demander un échange contre une autre taille dans un délai de 14 jours après réception.
Conditions :
- La bague doit être non portée, non endommagée et dans son emballage d’origine.
- Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
- La l’expédition de la nouvelle taille est offerte pour le premier échange.
- En cas de second échange pour la même commande, les frais de réexpédition seront à la charge du client.
- L’échange est possible dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
Procédure d’échange :
1. Remplir le formulaire d’échange : Formulaire d'échange bague
2. Préparer l’emballage : Placez soigneusement la bague avec le formulaire d'échange dans un emballage solide pour éviter tout dommage pendant le transport.
3. Réception et vérification : Dès réception, nous vous enverrons la nouvelle taille.
