DELIVERY
Your orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours, then sent by post.
France : By tracked letter with an indicative delivery time of 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International : By international tracked letter with an indicative delivery time of 2 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Iridescence Bijoux accepts no liability for delays, damage, or loss caused by the postal service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
GUARANTEE
We are committed to providing you with quality jewelry and ensuring your satisfaction.
In accordance with French law, our jewelry is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies to any defect that prevents the jewelry from fulfilling its function at the time of delivery.
Our jewelry is also covered by a legal warranty against hidden defects for a period of 2 years after the discovery of the defect by the customer. This warranty applies to defects not apparent at the time of purchase, which make the jewelry unfit for use or significantly reduce its usefulness. You will have to prove that the defect was hidden and already existed at the time of purchase.
In both cases, please send us an email to contact@iridescence-bijoux.fr for any complaints with your name, order number and photos of the jewelry.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use (contact with chemicals, shocks, excessive use, etc.). See our maintenance section below to extend the durability of your jewelry.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any jewelry that does not suit you.
Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defect).
The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
Iridescence Bijoux reserves the right to refuse a return if the jewelry does not meet these conditions.
RETURN PROCEDURE

2. Complete the return form: Return Form
3. Prepare the packaging: Carefully place the jewelry with the return form in sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport.
3. Ship the package to the address provided.
REFUND
Once your return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
RING EXCHANGE
If the size of your ring is not suitable, you can request an exchange for another size within 14 days of receipt.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The ring must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping of the new size is free for the first exchange.
In the event of a second exchange for the same order, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
